THE CLUBHOUSE
The Royal Fowey Yacht Club offers a warm welcome to all visiting yachtsmen, to members of reciprocal clubs and friends of Members and their families.
Visiting yachtsmen and their crews may also land at the Club by sea and enjoy the full Club facilities.
The Club also welcomes Sailing Groups and rallies and local organisations by arrangement.
The Club enjoys a superb waterside setting with a bar, the dining room, with extended seating in the adjoining Troy Room, the J Class Lounge and a wide terrace from which the full panorama of Fowey Harbour may be enjoyed.
Other amenities include disabled access, hot showers, updated weather forecasts, wifi, magazines, newspapers, and a tea and coffee making facility - all of which are available during Clubhouse opening hours.
The Club plays a full part, with others, in promoting and organising weekly sailing races, including the racing programme for Fowey Regatta Week in August.
Throughout the year the Club offers a full social programme as well as, during the winter months, a formal dinner on Trafalgar Night, a programme of Wednesday evening talks and a fortnightly Film Night.
The Club also issues Members with a Loyalty Card which offers discounted prices in the bar and restaurant.
