Fourteen boats cruised this year for a meet up in L'Aber Wrac'h on the North West coast of Britanny. Have a look at the picture album in the gallery to get the flavour of the weekend. Several yachts had not crossed the Channel before and the weather was kind to all, being sunny without much wind. It is hoped to organise a similar event next year to allow members to get the flavour of cruising in company with the help of the very friendly French Yacht Clubs.
MCA CG66 Safety. Yacht owners and particularly cruiser skippers are reminded that the Maritime Coastguard Agency offers a safety service for those completing a CG66. The completion of the form is voluntary but is strongly recommended and is renewable every two years. It can be done on line so please visit the MCA on https://mcanet.mcga.gov.uk/public/cg66/.
